We are seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing robust assessments of patients referred due to mental health difficulties. You will identify appropriate care pathways and ensure the least restrictive option meets the patient's needs while ensuring their wellbeing.

You will signpost to relevant care providers, attend daily Red Board meetings, raise concerns to senior staff for support and management, complete documentation and planning care for patients, present cases to the Multi-Disciplinary Team for discussion around care pathways, and liaise with colleagues from nursing, occupational therapy, medics, psychology, and admin departments.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £31-41 per hour, depending on experience and location. Working options include flexible shifts or fixed-term placements across any of our client Trusts in England.

About the Role

  • Providing robust assessment of patients referred due to mental health difficulties
