We are seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing robust assessments of patients referred due to mental health difficulties. You will identify appropriate care pathways and ensure the least restrictive option meets the patient's needs while ensuring their wellbeing.

You will signpost to relevant care providers, attend daily Red Board meetings, raise concerns to senior staff for support and management, complete documentation and planning care for patients, present cases to the Multi-Disciplinary Team for discussion around care pathways, and liaise with colleagues from nursing, occupational therapy, medics, psychology, and admin departments.

This role offers a unique blend of professional fulfillment and adaptable scheduling. As a Community Nurse for NHS Professionals, you will provide vital healthcare services within the community, making a significant impact on patients' lives while having the freedom to choose your working hours. The salary for this position is estimated to be £31-41 per hour, depending on experience and location. Working options include flexible shifts or fixed-term placements across any of our client Trusts in England.

About the Role

  • Providing robust assessment of patients referred due to mental health difficulties
