We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. As a Business Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions. This includes creating and posting customer invoices, monitoring business mailboxes, and dealing with customer and supplier queries.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  1. Creation & Posting of Customer Invoices, both manual & via our transport systems
  2. Monitoring of the business mailboxes
  3. Dealing with customer & supplier queries
  4. Issue of Customer Statements & supplier remittances
  5. Creation of supplier Pos for business activities
  6. Scanning & Filing of business paperwork
  7. Maintain an accurate set of ledgers ensuring business transparency at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable processing and good IT skills. They will also be proactive and able to solve problems efficiently. An estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.
