Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Awareness of Health & Safety principles and practices.
  • GCSE level or equivalent relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Valid driving license or ability to effectively visit company offices and properties.
  • Proven commitment to taking responsibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience of working in resident services.
