Southern Housing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Care & Independent Living Team as an Extra Care Scheme Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing and facilities management services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality housing management service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Awareness of Health & Safety principles and practices.
- GCSE level or equivalent relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Valid driving license or ability to effectively visit company offices and properties.
- Proven commitment to taking responsibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
- Experience of working in resident services.
