Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hartford Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care for residents
- Work collaboratively with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and manage resident care plans, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and experience
- Active NMC registration (PIN number) and right to work in the UK
- Flexibility, organization, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team
