Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at WR Health & Social Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and infection control.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Valid NMC pin.
  • Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
