Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients. The role will involve working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £60,000 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience). The contract will be based at Norton College Worcester /Tewkesbury, supporting both sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical mental health and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you are a motivated and experienced Practitioner Psychologist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide psychological services to clients
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
