Job Overview

A large non-profit organisation, Insight Select, is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Director to oversee Hard FM Services. This role involves liaising with suppliers, scheduling works, and ensuring compliance with contracts.

About the Role
  • Schedule planned and reactive works for Hard FM Services
  • Liaise with senior management regarding change requests and feedback
  • Manage existing supplier relationships and communications
  • Onboard new suppliers
  • Review supplier contracts and ensure adherence
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team responsible for Hard FM Services
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Hard FM Services management
  • IOSH qualified or equivalent
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Experience using CAFM systems or similar
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Package
  • Up to £58,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
