The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with commercial and project managers, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, updating internal databases, and preparing cost variations.

About This Opportunity
  • Establishing initial project budgets and forecasting cash flow.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop skills in turnkey packages, Bills of Quantities, Sub-Contract Procurement, and Project Cost Reporting.

Prior experience in a similar role, full driving license, experience in design & build projects, and prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously are required.

£45,000 per annum (based on experience) plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, pension scheme, critical health insurance after qualifying period, death in service insurance, and exclusive access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
