  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and track progress against budgets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • MRICS qualified.
  • Proven experience within a cost management role.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
