We are seeking a highly skilled Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our family-owned company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently and profitably.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
  • Valuations & Payments: Conduct valuations, prepare payment applications, and manage client and subcontractor payment schedules.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on project costs, progress, and budget forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in groundworks or civil engineering and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
