We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, London's most iconic and spectacular winter event. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that is passionate about delivering a magical experience to our guests.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for various roles, including Bar Staff, Ice Rink Assistants, Ice Marshals, and Magical Ice Kingdom Hosts. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests, and contributing to the overall success of the event.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be able to work at least 35 hours per week, including some weekend availability. You must also be over the age of 18 and eligible to work in the UK. We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a world-class experience.
