We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, helping them to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Our team is passionate about creating a world of joy and excitement for everyone this festive season. We are looking for collaborative team members who are passionate about delivering a magical experience to our guests, helping them to create memories that will last throughout the year.

We are currently hiring for various roles, including BAR STAFF, BAR SUPERVISORS, BAR MANAGERS, BAR ICE STAFF, ICE MARSHALS, and ICE SLIDE ASSISTANTS. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical memories for our guests, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK
  • Be able to work at least 35 hours per week, including some availability over weekends
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a real desire to make Winter Wonderland the very best it can be
  • For Ice Marshal roles, be a competent skater and own your own ice skates
