We are seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Director for our art'otel London Battersea property, situated in the heart of the new Battersea Power Station development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menus that showcase Italian cuisine and pizza, while catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Lead high-performing kitchen teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and food hygiene, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in menu engineering, creating bespoke dishes that appeal to guests and contribute to the hotel's success.

About You:

  • A passionate and experienced Chef with a proven track record of leading high-volume kitchens, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • An inspiring leader who can build and manage diverse teams, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests, colleagues, and external partners effectively.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
