Job Description:

Your key responsibilities as a Care Assistant-Driver will include:

  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Transporting clients safely and comfortably using your own vehicle
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with a focus on homecare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible shift patterns, ongoing training, and a generous staff referral scheme.
