Job Summary:

The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the payroll function for approximately 1,450 employees across the nation. This role ensures the organization fulfils its contractual, statutory, and legal obligations to employees, guaranteeing accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of payroll operations, including ADP iHCM payroll and timekeeping software.
  • Leadership of a team of 4 payroll professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Designing and implementing effective systems and business processes through collaboration with various departments.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Payroll Management, with experience in supervising individual contributors and teams.
  • CIPP qualified (minimum Level 5) and a member of the CIPP.
  • Proven ability to recruit and identify suitable team members.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members and colleagues.
Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
