About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our group treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for suitability for group treatment programs and provide individual therapeutic interventions to support group work.
  • Facilitate groups and manage a clinical case load, including lead practitioner responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using appropriate assessment skills to assess risk.
  • Participate in quality initiatives, supporting and contributing to policies and service developments in the care group.
  • Carry a caseload, including lead practitioner duties, actively working with patients and carers.
  • Plan and co-facilitate group treatments, maintaining and contributing to standards of professional care, ethics, policies, and procedures.
