Quality Assurance Specialist

At Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the quality of released product and incoming product
* Ensure that inspection systems and procedures fully satisfy the needs of the existing product, the demands of the process and the capabilities of those using the equipment and to ensure that the equipment is validated and used in the prescribed manner.
* Management of metrology and CMM programming
* Responsible for qualification, maintenance, and calibration of inspection processes
* Facilitate in the Implementation of corrective and preventive actions
* Establish and report on quality objectives
* Establish and maintain quality documents and conduct internal audits
* Accurate record keeping and good housekeeping.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of quality management systems and good manufacturing practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
