Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor - Scotland Region

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Scotland Region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing development costs, tendering, and post-contract activities for our flagship developments in North Scotland.

Responsibilities:

* Manage development costs, including tendering, subcontractor appointments, and payment applications
* Control and agree variations, prelims cost control, and monthly cost reporting
* Collaborate with technical, construction, and development colleagues to ensure commercial objectives are met
* Participate in monthly team meetings, risk and opportunity reviews, and CVR meetings with senior management

Requirements:

* Several years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally in housebuilding
* Broad experience in tendering, post-contract, and full cost report preparation
* Good understanding of construction sequencing and interaction of trades in the build process
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit management team
