A leading Primary School in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as working with small groups in the Learning Support department.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality support to students, promoting their learning and behaviour in the classroom. They will also work closely with teachers to implement individualised plans and track pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with SEN and ASD in the classroom
  • Working with individual learners on a 1:1 basis
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop individualised plans
  • Tracking pupil progress and recording data
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
