About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to work alongside our Executive Chef Phil Lye and the kitchen team to create exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef
  • A Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
