Job Summary: Project Financial Analyst

Futures, a pioneering business, seeks an accomplished Project Financial Analyst to support the delivery of successful projects. This role will focus on managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and contributing to the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs align with objectives.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders, selecting suitable suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct accurate valuations and manage payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to key stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
