About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Experience Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional store experiences and driving business growth.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your expertise in people management and leadership will be essential in developing and coaching our Retail Business Consultants to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Retail Business Consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Create innovative retail experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and optimise costs and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Candidates should have extensive people and field management experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs/targets.
