Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Non Stop Consulting is working with a well-established authority in the South East to find a Senior Practitioner/Social Worker for their newly developed working age mental health and substance misuse service. This role offers hybrid working, reduced caseloads, and a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities- Providing tailored care plans and interventions to support individuals' recovery journeys.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Experience working with individuals who have mental health issues and substance misuse.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Valid Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
The estimated salary for this role is £35 per hour. Additionally, you can enjoy hybrid working flexibility, a collaborative team approach, permanent stable management, supportive colleagues, and up to 2 days of home working/remote flexibility per week.
