About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Duty Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fairground rides and equipment.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating routine technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as well as conducting daily ride opening and closing check audits. You will also oversee all administrative duties related to your role, including controlling and purchasing of stock and equipment.

As the Duty Manager of this area, you will take the lead in team development, ensuring everyone is working with efficiency and excellence. You will be the first point of call for your team, so great communication and leadership skills are essential.

We are looking for someone with a sound technical background, preferably with a mechanical bias. You will be able to work on your own initiative, prioritize a demanding workload, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be thorough and meticulous in your approach.
