Key Responsibilities:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team covering all aspects of case preparation. As a Litigation Executive, you will be responsible for advising on the merits of Employment Tribunal cases, drafting responses, and conducting telephone preliminary hearings.

You will work closely with our broad spectrum of clients, providing expert guidance on Employment Tribunal matters and helping them achieve commercially favourable settlements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing tribunal matters, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and relevant applications, as well as dealing with all aspects of document disclosure and creation of bundles.

Liaising with Tribunals, Claimants' representatives, clients, and ACAS will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you will need a strong background in employment law, litigation experience, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
