Job Title: Branch Administrator

At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Middlesbrough Branch, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Middlesbrough Branch, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, sales data, and financial reports.
  • Assist with payroll procedures, including processing payments and managing employee data.
  • Apply company QA procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • General office and finance administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of accounts administration procedures, including creditors and debtors, general and sales ledger.
  • Computer literate with experience of customer relations software.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Secondary school education.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Administration or similar.
  • AAT qualification.
