Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at a facility in Kent. As a key member of our product specialist team, you will be responsible for managing the intake and allocation of fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective fresh produce product allocations
  • Customer satisfaction on fresh produce product decisions
  • Stock management; managing rejections/collections, stock arrivals assessment, stock trackers
  • Communication across all departments; liaising with the packhouse operations, commercial and buying teams
  • Product quality assessment & reporting, ensuring a consistent & efficient approach to reducing complaints, rejections, wastage

Requirements:

  • An experienced QC/Product focused individual with quality / technical / QC / QA gained from the Fresh Produce sector
  • Fresh Produce exposure would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the technical standards & product quality expected by retail customers
  • Drive, passion and dedication is key for success in this position
  • Strong communication skills, with flexibility to travel to sites across the UK
