Aesthetic Industry Career Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Sales Professional to join our team at Home Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within our client's aesthetic clinics, ensuring maximum performance and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maximise treatment sales and retail operations in each clinic
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Conduct sales training for clinic teams
* Collaborate with Aesthetics doctors and Aestheticians to identify training gaps
* Identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies
* Develop aesthetic treatment sales plans
* Analyse performance data to identify areas of improvement
* Generate new contacts and accounts for business growth

**Requirements**

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to independently manage schedules and plan effectively
* Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills
* Previous experience in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector
* Full UK driving licence
