We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Home Recruitment Ltd.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within our client's aesthetic clinics, ensuring that the clinics reach their maximum potential through sales coaching and mentoring of industry-leading professionals, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Maximising the performance of each clinic's treatment sales and retail operations
  2. Achieving monthly sales KPIs and targets
  3. Conducting sales training for clinic teams
  4. Collaborating with Aesthetics doctors and Aestheticians to identify training gaps
  5. Identifying market opportunities and implementing sales strategies
  6. Developing aesthetic treatment sales plans
  7. Educating staff on services and products
  8. Analysing performance data to identify areas of improvement
  9. Generating new contacts and accounts for business growth
  10. Implementing plans to encourage repeat business


Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven individual with a keen ambition to succeed. You should have strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You should be capable of independently managing schedules and planning effectively, with demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills for smooth operation and time management. Previous experience in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector is essential.
