Job Description
We are a leading construction consultancy seeking an experienced Principal Designer or Head of CDM and Principal Design to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our CDM and Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety standards across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of CDM and Health & Safety, working closely with clients to ensure projects meet CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on complex projects, working closely with our team of CDM Principal Designers and Advisors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful project delivery.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality CDM services across seven offices.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Possess excellent client-facing skills, with experience in managing CDM projects and acting as the client contact.
- Ideal candidates will have experience producing fee proposals and managing project invoicing.
