Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our waste water process engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality projects and programmes across multiple sectors.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to ensure we remain at the forefront of our field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer qualification or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing teams and driving business growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Up-to-date knowledge of innovation and treatment technologies, including capital and operational costs assessments, GHG reduction techniques, whole life carbon assessments, and UK environmental and CDM regulations.

Nationally or internationally recognised subject matter expertise in your discipline(s), such as P removal (EBRP, Chemical, Novel Solutions), Treatment of emerging contaminants, Biosolids Treatment.

Commissioning experience and a strategic and transformational mindset.
