About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Administrator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection, supporting our Home Manager in effectively running services.
  • Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, and provide exceptional support to colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services.
Requirements
  • IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and relevant experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, time management, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and kindness.
  • Safeguarding training and ability to recognise signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect.
