Retail Store Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Store Lead to join our team at Greggs Plc. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, engaging with customers, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
We estimate that the salary for this role is around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
