About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Craftsperson to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will be responsible for providing a quality, efficient, responsive, flexible, and effective Estates service to the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will work within established maintenance policies and procedures across a range of disciplines, including building, carpentry, glazing, and others, with minimal supervision. You will be required to provide a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard.

Working Pattern

The successful candidate will work a standard full-time hours per week, with occasional overtime as required. The working pattern may include shift work, weekends, and bank holidays.
