Building Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Craftsperson to join our Estates Department, supporting the delivery of a quality, efficient, responsive, flexible and effective service to the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work within established maintenance policies and procedures, across a range of disciplines, including building, carpentry and glazing, with minimal supervision.
They will be responsible for providing maintenance services to our estate, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with trust policies.
