Teaching French in a West London School

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic French Teacher to join our team at a highly successful mixed school in West London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching French to students of various ages and abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students aged 11-18, covering topics such as grammar, vocabulary, and cultural studies. They will also be expected to assess student progress, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of the French department.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in French or a related subject, with a formal teaching qualification (PGCE) and QTS
  • Experience of teaching French to students aged 11-18
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
