Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our sales efforts. Duties: - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents and reports - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, providing them with product information and assisting with their needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Assist in organizing sales events, including trade shows and conferences - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities Experience: - Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating quotes - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Multilingual abilities are an advantage If you are a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for selling, we would love to hear from you.
