Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. Your role will involve various administrative tasks, as well as interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information - Process sales orders and ensure accurate order entry - Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products - Assist in organizing sales events and promotions - Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Maintain inventory records and assist in inventory management Experience: - Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for order processing and calculations - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
