Help Desk Operations Professional

We're seeking a talented 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team at ClearCourse. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective technical support.
This position involves handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our EPOS System. You'll work closely with the wider support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their queries.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support capacity
We're offering a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
