Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services for clients.
- Resolving complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems through thorough diagnosis and repair.
- Providing comprehensive training and support to clients on equipment operation and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Operations Expert or similar role.
- Exceptional technical skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Able to travel frequently to client sites.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary: £65,000 - £80,000, dependent on experience.
