About the Role

As a Climbing Instructor, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and safe environment for climbers of all ages and abilities. Your primary objective will be to deliver fun and interactive climbing sessions that cater to diverse needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead climbing sessions that promote physical activity, teamwork, and social interaction
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new programs and initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for climbing and outdoor activities
  • Experience working with children and adults in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
