The Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director - Meetings & Events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales throughout our Hotels and Meeting & Event spaces, with a focus on growing Meeting & Events Sales Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives.
