Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our senior management team and contribute to shaping the company's strategy and priorities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating data-led decision making into our business operations, providing actionable insights to guide critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption and integration of Tableau within our operational teams, ensuring seamless data visualization and analysis.
  • Perform complex data analysis and modeling using Excel and Tableau to create data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Tableau within the organization, providing training and support to team members to enhance their data analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Advanced user of Tableau, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Advanced user of Excel, including complex functions and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create actionable insights from complex data.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM-related subject.
  • 2+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, with a strong background in data cleaning, data mining, enrichment, and modeling.
