Sales Director UK Corporate

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our UK Corporate team, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative products and services
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A strong understanding of the financial markets and industry trends
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
