Your New Role

">

As the new Governance Coordinator, you will play a key part in supporting the trustees to discharge their duties and ensuring the organisation maintains high standards of governance. You will work closely with the Head of Governance & CEO Office to design, implement, and coordinate the governance function.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Design and implement governance procedures to ensure effective decision-making.">
  3. Coordinate governance meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation.">
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of governance decisions and actions.">
  5. Collaborate with the CEO office team to coordinate governance of strategic initiatives.">

We're looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for governance and a keen eye for detail. You will need to possess excellent IT skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work confidentially.
