HW Interim Solutions is partnering with a client to engage a Strategic Reward Leader where you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the business' reward strategy.

This is a strategic leadership position where you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align reward practices with business objectives and drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a reward strategy that supports the company's goals and enhances employee engagement.
  • Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure reward packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain reward policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to provide expert advice on reward-related matters and address any emerging issues.
  • Effectively communicate reward strategies and changes to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organisation.
  • Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior reward or compensation role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing reward strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and align reward initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Working Arrangements:

This role will be delivered on a day rate up to £800pd.
