Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team as a Managing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall strategy to achieve long-term goals and objectives.

You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, explore new opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification, and oversee the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and financial planning, ensuring profitability.

As a Strategic Business Leader, you will promote the professional development of employees and foster a positive and productive work environment.

We are looking for a Managing Director with a track record of success in a strategic leadership role within an e-commerce business, ideally selling internationally. You will have a strong understanding of retail, warehousing, and fulfilment, as well as experience with digital marketing.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of driving growth in a business and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of our company values and mission.
