We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Vera James. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff in providing daily living assistance to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to promote independence, choice, and inclusion
  • Assist residents with medication management and daily activities
  • Lead a team of staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with families to ensure their involvement and support
