We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Commercial team in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of programmed maintenance, leading by example with grounds maintenance work, and ensuring the security of vehicles, plant, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the management of programmed maintenance
  • Proactively lead by example with grounds maintenance work
  • Maintain and manage the security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
  • Complete daily check sheets and paperwork
  • Support and guide the service delivery team
  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
