Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

At Parkwood Holdings Limited, we are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of grounds maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the management of programmed maintenance
  • Lead by example with grounds maintenance work, promoting a culture of excellence and safety
  • Maintain and manage the security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
  • Complete daily check sheets and paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives
  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
